Currency & your final total

Card payments are charged in Bosnia and Herzegovina convertible marks (BAM). EUR prices are for reference, calculated at 1 EUR = 1.95583 BAM and rounded to two decimal places. Your reservation and checkout show the exact BAM amount to be charged.

If your card account uses another currency, your card issuer applies its conversion rate and may charge a conversion fee. As a result, the amount on your statement may differ from the EUR estimate shown here.

Card payment

When online payment is available, checkout uses Monri’s secure card fields. Accepted card brands are displayed in the payment information below. Enter card details only in the secure checkout fields, never in a booking note or email.

Card purchase security statement

Monri protects payment data in transit using TLS encryption. Monri Payments is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Card details entered in Monri’s fields are sent to the provider; Zoom Travel does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

3-D Secure authentication may require an additional verification step with your bank. Complete the bank’s instructions to continue. Authentication alone does not confirm a reservation: confirmation follows a verified successful payment.

After you pay

You return to your private reservation page, where your payment status is shown. If confirmation is still pending, wait for the status to update and check your reservation before starting another payment. For a payment problem or a refund request, contact the team with your booking reference.
