Who you book with

Zoom Travel offers day trips, private journeys and transfer enquiries from Sarajevo. The operator is ZOOM GROUP D.O.O. SARAJEVO. Our operator and contact information is available on the company details page.

Your trip & price

Read the itinerary, departure time, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation policy on your selected tour before reserving. Shared trips are priced per adult; private trips are priced per vehicle, within the stated capacity. Extras not listed as included are excluded from the booking total.

Making a reservation

Select an available departure, the number of adults, language and pickup address. Please provide accurate contact details. Standard reservations hold places for 30 minutes. An unpaid reservation expires when that hold ends. Language requests that need a quote do not hold places until the team approves the offer.

Payment & confirmation

Review your reservation and final BAM total before accepting the terms and continuing to payment. A reservation is confirmed only after payment has been verified. The private reservation page shows the payment and booking status; keep its link and your booking reference. If a payment requires team review, contact us before making another payment.

How your service is delivered

Your journey takes place on the date and at the time shown in your reservation, in Sarajevo local time. The pickup address you submit is used to arrange the meeting details with you. This is a travel service: no physical goods are shipped and no postal delivery charge applies. Private journey and transfer enquiries require a separate offer from the team.

Changes, cancellation & complaints

The cancellation policy shown for your tour is saved with your reservation. Review it before payment. For changes, a cancellation or a concern about your trip, contact us with your booking reference. See cancellations & refunds for the process.
