Who handles your information

ZOOM GROUP D.O.O. SARAJEVO, operating as Zoom Travel, manages the booking information submitted on this website. See our contact & company details to contact the operator about your information.

What we collect & why

We collect your name, email, telephone number, pickup address, chosen departure, party size, language and any notes you submit. We use this information to process your reservation, respond to enquiries and coordinate your trip. Reservation records also contain your booking reference, price, cancellation terms, consent time and payment status.

Who receives it

Authorised staff use booking information to carry out their work. Relevant trip and pickup details may be shared with the people arranging your journey. Monri receives billing and payment information when you proceed to checkout. Full card numbers and security codes are not stored in this application.

Marketing

Submitting a reservation or enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. This website does not include advertising trackers.

Cookies & external services

Essential cookies keep your session working and protect forms and administrator sign-in. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts; your browser connects to Google to retrieve them. Secure checkout loads Monri’s payment components and may connect you to your bank for authentication.

Keeping your details safe

Do not put passport details or card information in free-text fields. Keep your private reservation link secure: anyone who has it can view that reservation. Booking and payment records may need to be retained for service, accounting and legal obligations.

Your requests

Contact us to ask about access to your information, corrections, deletion or other privacy concerns. Include your booking reference where relevant. Some records may need to be retained where an accounting or legal obligation applies.
